That means active subscriptions usually cannot be transferred 1:1 — members will need to re-enter their card on first login on Class Booking. We provide an email template you can send the day before. For studios on Mindbody+Stripe, transfer is usually clean. We'll tell you which case applies on the discovery call.
No — Mindbody's data export covers members, past bookings, attendance, class-pass balances and notes. We import all of it. Some payment-history details are exported in a less-structured format; we'll preserve what we can.
You can run both systems in parallel during your notice period (typically 30 days). We help you time the cutover to your contract end date so you don't pay both at once.
No — Marketplace is exclusive to Mindbody. If it's a meaningful traffic source for you, factor that in honestly. For most independent studios, organic SEO + Instagram + word of mouth drives more new customers anyway.
