Yes — Marketplace is exclusive to Vagaro. If it's a meaningful traffic source for you, factor that in. For most studios with their own brand, it isn't.
Members, classes and class-pass balances all transfer. Active recurring memberships paid via Vagaro Pay (their own gateway) typically require members to re-enter their card on first login on Class Booking — Vagaro doesn't expose card-on-file for transfer to other systems. We provide an email template you can send the day before. Migration timeline is typically 5–7 days.
