What Mindbody offers
Mindbody is a US company, founded in San Luis Obispo, California, that makes software for fitness, wellness, spa and salon businesses. Alongside the business software it runs the Mindbody app, a consumer app where people search for and book classes and appointments. According to Mindbody, listing your business there is free, and a fee applies only when the app brings you a client you would not otherwise have had.
For multi-location and franchise operators, Mindbody has an enterprise dashboard with sales per location, reports across locations, franchise-fee calculation and regions that limit reports and staff access. It also offers an open API with a directory of integration partners, a branded mobile app as an additional feature, and marketing automation on its higher plans.
How the two are set up
Mindbody's pricing page lists three plans, Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate, and the features differ by plan. Class Booking has three plans too, Basic, Pro and Studio, on a public price list that is the same for every studio.
Mindbody prices per location. Its pricing page lists the Starter plan from €99/month per location in Europe (£89 in the UK, $79 in North America), and Accelerate and Ultimate are priced based on each business's needs. Prices as shown on 17 October 2026; check the pricing page for current figures.
What Class Booking offers
Class Booking is built in Copenhagen by Nahbo ApS for class-based studios: scheduling, memberships, class passes, payments and reporting in one product, from one location upward. The admin works in English, German, Swedish, Norwegian, Spanish, French and Danish, and new studios can usually start taking bookings the same day.
Pricing is public: €10 / £8 / $13 to €50 / £40 / $60 per month depending on the plan, with no setup fee. Payments run through Stripe at Stripe's standard rates, and we add no fee on top. Settlement in EUR, GBP, USD, DKK, SEK and NOK. Data is hosted in the EU. Plans run monthly, and you can cancel from your dashboard.

When each one fits
Both have a place. A practical guide:
- You run a franchise or many locations and want an enterprise dashboard with franchise-fee tools
- You want to be listed in the Mindbody app as a channel for new clients
- You need integrations built on an open API or from Mindbody's partner directory
- You want a branded mobile app for your business
- You want one public monthly price list and no setup fee
- You want your data hosted in the EU and settlement in your own currency
- Your members book directly on your own site, without a marketplace
- An installable web app is enough for your members
